Dead Weight Tester (Pressure Gauge Callibrator) (SMT-FM-18)

The Dead Weight Tester is a calibration standard used to verify and calibrate pressure measuring instruments based on the principle of pressure balance.

The unit consists of a precision piston and cylinder assembly, a Bourdon pressure manometer with a range of 0–2.5 bar, and a flexible hose for connection. Weights are provided to apply known forces, and hydraulic oil is used as the transmission medium. The piston and cylinder are precisely machined for accurate calibration without the need for seals.

This tester delivers reliable calibration of Bourdon tube pressure gauges, ensuring accurate and repeatable measurements for laboratory and industrial applications.
