Digital Hydraulic Bench (SMT-FM-100D)

The Digital Hydraulic Bench (SMT-FM-100D) is a reliable unit designed for use in fluid mechanics and water supply laboratories. It provides a controlled flow of water to a wide range of experimental modules, which can be connected separately as required. The bench operates on a closed water circuit that includes a stainless-steel storage tank, a powerful pump, and an elevated measuring tank where the returning water is collected.

Its structure is built on a strong steel frame finished with powder-coated paint to resist wear, scratches, and corrosion. The upper tub is made from fiberglass, providing strength while remaining lightweight, and the lower tank is stainless steel, ensuring durability and long service life. This combination of materials makes the unit both sturdy and reliable for continuous laboratory use.

Water flow can be adjusted easily through a hand-operated valve, while a digital LCD display allows real-time monitoring of flow rate. An electrical control box is provided with a pump switch and circuit protection to ensure safe operation. Optional software is also available for computer-based monitoring and control, making the bench a versatile and user-friendly system for a variety of laboratory experiments.
